A RESOLUTION FOR THE SPREADING AND PROTECTION OF PETER DUNOV WORD AND TEACHING

Today, December 15, 1997, the present document was signed and those who signed it, took part in the passing of the following resolution, concerning the spreading and protection of the word and teaching that Peter Dunov /1864 - 1944/ gave the Bulgarians.
1. Noone has the right to authorize physical or juridical persons in the dissemination and protection of the word and teaching. Noone has been empowered to authorize by Peter Dunov while he was among the bulgarian people. Everyone has the right to spread the teaching according to his own conscience and civic sense. The purity of the teaching can be protected only by the officially registered structures in the name of Peter Dunov - Beinsa Douno and the teaching. Now these structures are: The White Fraternity
The Beinsa Duno Cultural Association
To defend the word and the teaching doesn`t mean to impose prohibitions or put restrains, quite the contrary, it suggests observing the will and the bequests of the one whom the Bulgarian people once called "The Master". Noone has the right to sell or cede the right for the issuing of this Word, since noone has such a right, nor are they empowered to sell or cede it. Noone has the right to plead for a reward, since Peter Dunov freely gave his teaching to the Bulgarians for them to spread it freely.

2. Spreading and defending the Master’s Word doesn’t presuppose a right to sell or cede the copyright, since it’s only to the Bulgarian people that Peter Dunov gave it and besides he has left no physical inheritors.
Peter Dunov has unequivocally revealed his will in the words: "I’m giving you a teaching and you must spread it among the other Bulgarians as well as among the other nations. "So, giving the copyright to people willing to publish the Word in accordance with their own conscience and responsibility is compulsoryExpecting fees and pleading for rights is in accordance with the currently valid copyright, but in dissonance with the spirit of the New Culture, in the name of which Peter Dunov once delivered a series of lectures and expected nothing in return.
3. Those who would like to issue Dunov’s teaching, shall inform the structures, officially registered in Bulgaria, of their intention. When they are ready with their plan, they shall defend it as a translation, in front of the people empowered by the officially registered structures, to evaluate it. After the publication the publisher shall represent a minimal quantity of copies to cover the needs of the bibliography in Bulgaria. If he thinks that he himself can contribute to the spreading of the word and teaching, then he may offer financial or material help as a donation with a specific aim. The donation shall be accepted by an official structure, formed by the Cultural Association so that the use of these funds can be controlled.
4. The officially registered structures are held responsible for any contradiction that may arise while issuing, spreading and defending the word. They shall settle those contradictions on time by consulting an expert in Bulgarian copyright. All resolutions should be passed from the standpoint of Peter Dunov’s style and working methods. He himself once devoted his life to this activity and spread light among the Bulgarians.
