Lifting of the hands and showering. This movement expresses that we have to accept all God's blessings most abundantly and with full freedom.
When the hands are lifted upward and are joined above the head then we are in contact with the energies of the high worlds and we carry it downwards to the physical sphere. On entering the physical world the hands split. It means that in the physical world we have a polarisation - two poles. When we are in the physical sphere we are far away from the Reality which underlies in the Existence.
This exercise we can also call - a Method for getting into contact with the real world.
