Extending of the hands gathered before the mouth accompanied with blowing. Blowing this is the word and extending of the hands - this is the sowing of the Word. This exercise shows the acceptance of the Word and its sowing. It shows that the reasonable Word which is given through the language must be sown. It can also be called: introducing of the pure Word in Life, or: the right way for introducing of pure thoughts, feelings and deeds in life.
